The most popular statement that is often used in the workplace: “The customer is always right”. The customer is not ALWAYS right. Customers have been known to lie so what to do in this case. We’re always doing whatever to please a customer, especially today with online reviews like Yelp. There are just some people your not going to please. Staying professional will be a challenge but don’t step out of line with these ladies because the customer service may go out the window.
